This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Physical Products
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

A return request is submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery

The item is unused, undamaged, and in original saleable condition

Proof of purchase is provided
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
We reserve the right to:

Inspect all returned goods before approving a refund

Deduct reasonable costs for damage, handling, or loss of value caused by misuse
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

Notification must be provided within 7 days of delivery

Clear photographic evidence must be supplied
Where required under Australian Consumer Law (or applicable consumer protection legislation), we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
3. Digital Products
All digital products, downloadable content, and digital media are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their device prior to purchase.
We are not liable for technical issues arising from third-party platforms, software conflicts, or user error.
4. Third-Party Purchases
Products purchased via third-party retailers (including but not limited to Amazon or other online bookstores) are subject to that retailer’s return policies. We cannot process refunds for third-party sales.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
