Returns & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 25 February 2026

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Physical Products

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original saleable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

We reserve the right to:

  • Inspect all returned goods before approving a refund

  • Deduct reasonable costs for damage, handling, or loss of value caused by misuse

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

  • Notification must be provided within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photographic evidence must be supplied

Where required under Australian Consumer Law (or applicable consumer protection legislation), we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

3. Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable content, and digital media are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their device prior to purchase.

We are not liable for technical issues arising from third-party platforms, software conflicts, or user error.

4. Third-Party Purchases

Products purchased via third-party retailers (including but not limited to Amazon or other online bookstores) are subject to that retailer’s return policies. We cannot process refunds for third-party sales.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the purchased product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
